Set Up in 15 Minutes
Just created a MOCO Account? Follow these 3 steps (expandable) to get familiar with the settings and enable your team to log hours. Or use the » Video Tutorial "Setup".
As the account owner, you have access to the general settings. Go through the settings once and customize the account to your needs.
» Detailed Information on SettingsAdd more users under "Personnel" via "+ New Person" (1). They will receive an email invitation. If a user has never logged in, they will be listed as "pending" (2). Clicking on it will resend the invitation. Alternatively, the user can choose "Reset Password" at login.
Employees have defined target hours (weekly model) and a vacation account. Adjust the target hours immediately after saving for part-time employees (or centrally under "Personnel" > "Target Hours") (3). Record the vacation balance for the person under "Vacation". » Video on Target-Actual & Vacation
Access rights to individual functional areas can be assigned individually (immediately after saving or centrally under "Personnel"). » An Overview of Access Rights
Custom Fields for additional employee data can be set up in the settings under > "Account" > » Define Custom Fields

Clients are recorded under "Companies". By default, your own company is available for internal projects. » Excel Import Option
Client projects are recorded in the main menu item "Projects" (1). Don't forget to assign services and people for time tracking after saving.
For Internal Projects (e.g., with internal services like meetings, acquisition, HR, work on your own website, etc.), select your own company as the client (2).
