There's a bunch of complicated business software on the market – we at hundertzehn build MOCO, a web-based business software for service providers such as agencies, consultants, or architects, which is user-friendly and fun. Companies manage projects, personnel, and steer their entire company with MOCO. The number of users is growing daily, therefore we are looking for reinforcement for the product team.

What we expect from you
- The number of users is growing daily, the features are evolving, and new technologies are being established. You support the technical development and the development of the features.
- Agility is important to you. Larger projects are realized step by step. Processes are regularly adapted to changed situations.
- From day one, you will work live on the product and make your own deployments on Production.
- You work independently but also closely with others. It is therefore very important to closely involve your team members in your work and to proactively address emerging questions.
- You are not too proud for support – on the contrary, it is essential to feel the problems and questions of our users. Having a phone call with customers is not the rule, but it should not deter you either.
What we wish for
- Ideally, you have previously worked on a SaaS product that is established in the market.
- We expect solid programming experience in common programming languages - ideally in Ruby and Javascript.
- Quality over quantity, no "tinkering", your code is the basis for further development but also healthy pragmatism: The right mix is the key!
- Routine in automated testing, Continuous Integration
- Experience in dealing with and developing APIs (REST, GraphQL)
- Basic knowledge of Linux servers
- Curiosity and the interest to always learn something new
- Good language skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
- You are enthusiastic. Joy in the result and the positive feedback from users are your motivation.
- You have a strong opinion and discuss it with us – in the end, everyone supports the team decision.
