Focus on Billability

The revised employee report places greater emphasis on billability – and its progression throughout the year. For example, a newly employed person in the company will show a lower billability at the beginning than later, after the training period has been completed. This becomes visible and the total annual billability becomes more comprehensible.

For a comparison to the team average, the corresponding gray curve is in the background.

What was billability again exactly?
Billability compares the recorded billable project hours with the target. Example for an 8-hour day: Person A records 2 hours non-billable and 6 hours billable = 75% billability. Person B works overtime and records 2 hours non-billable and 8 hours billable = 100% billability.

In the team report, the same reporting fields for billability are found. For a comparison to the company average, the corresponding gray curve is also in the background.

Number of billable/non-billable hours reduced

The previous display of the proportional billable or non-billable hours as an orange-green donut chart has been reduced and placed directly in the appropriate context at the top left next to the hours bar chart. The total recorded project hours are additionally quantified.

In the team report, the same display is found.
