To delete rows or columns, select them and press the CTRL key in combination with the minus sign.

Select all columns and then double-click on the edge, this will make all columns wide enough to fit the content

Select the cell range to be moved and move the mouse to the edge of the selected area. The cursor appears as a four-way arrow. Drag the mouse to the desired position with the left mouse button held down while also holding down the SHIFT key and release all buttons.

The magic word is "XLOOKUP". This allows you to link 2 tables. For example, you could pull the export under Reports > Customers. There you only have the customers who had sales in the period, but the address column is not there.

Then you download the customer list. In the report list, you do an XLOOKUP. Here in the video, Thomas from MOCO shows it by example:
