Project Report Enhanced
With monthly budget, the project report is automatically supplemented with an additional reporting field: A monthly overview that indicates budget, consumption, and remaining (1).
All months of the set duration are displayed. If services were recorded outside the duration, MOCO also shows these months (without budget bars) in gray.

Until now, the remaining hours display in time tracking referred to the current project budget – thus, any buffer for retainers was also available. Now, in the settings, you can alternatively choose (2) whether only this month's budget should determine the remaining hours display for the month.
Choice & Display of Duration
- In the project form, the duration is chosen. After selection, the month is displayed from which the monthly budget is automatically added to the budget each month (in this case, the next increase is on September 1st). This makes it easier to understand the mechanism with the cumulative budget (budget + monthly budget until end of duration). The complete duration can be traced via the "i" on the right (see figure 3).
- In the project's detail view, the projected project sum is also displayed (starting budget + monthly budget x number of future months). This total project sum is available for capacity planning in the planning!
