Employees can enter address changes themselves
When address changes occur, a person can independently enter or update their own address in the profile (1).

Employees abroad can adjust their time zone
Each person can change the time zone in the profile under "General" if necessary. For example, when an employee works in a different time zone. When checking in via Phone App or API, the time is then set correctly and not always according to the Berlin/Zurich time zone.

Access rights can also be set directly for the individual
Access rights can be adjusted not only from the staff list but also directly for the individual (2). The quickest way to get to the person is with Shift + 7 (= keyboard shortcut for global search).

Target-Actual up to today and to any date more comprehensible
MOCO shows under the new "i" (3) how the current balance is composed. A precise status per key date is enabled by the new column "Target-Actual cumulated incl. corrections" (4). It not only cumulates the Target-Actual but also takes into account any corrections.

Billable hours included in the overall staff export
In the staff export, the number of billable hours is now also included as a separate column (Reports > Staff > Target-Actual & Billability).

Hour credits or deductions in the vacation account directly traceable
The calculation of the total hours is now informatively displayed after saving – similar to entry.
