eBill is a payment method for invoices in Switzerland. With eBill, your customers no longer receive their invoices by mail or email, but directly in e-banking. There, they can check them with just a few clicks and pay directly.

How exactly does it work?

Activating eBill

1. 1. As an invoice issuer, you must register with the eInvoicing platform of PostFinance as a Biller 
       (regardless of the bank, no PostFinance account necessary). 
2. 2. Enter your received Biller ID in MOCO (Settings > Invoicing > QR Invoice & eBill). 
3. 3. For B2B, inquire with the relevant customers and enter the eBill recipient ID (in the form under "Invoicing" > "More Options"). In the B2C case, you will receive a CSV file by email with the recipient IDs when the customer registers via e-banking. The recipient ID can then be stored in MOCO.    

Changes for the invoice

• Within the QR payment slip, the eBill information is now displayed.
• The file name of the PDF document has a new format (Example:
  41101000000000001_123456.pdf).
