Major Update to the API & WebHooks.

More efficient data retrieval via ID filter

Previously, if you wanted to retrieve a list of Invoices via API and get the corresponding customers, it was not possible to do so efficiently because you had to fetch each customer individually. Now, it is possible at almost all endpoints to pass the IDs comma-separated via "ids".

Further extensions of the API

• New endpoint: Read custom fields.
• New endpoint: Read and write service catalog.
• Companies and contacts: Deletion is now possible.
• New field Invoice: Display deviation from hour statement.
• For the working time touch action, the time of the event can be overridden.
• Invoices and Proposals: Creator is included.
• Payments can now also be created without reference to an Invoice.
• For time entries, the query parameter from/to is no longer necessary. In combination with the "updated_after" filter, for example, all time entries that have been updated can now be retrieved.
