Predefining Invoicing Information and Hourly Reports at the Customer Level

If there are special agreements with the customer that must not be overlooked during invoicing, a note can be added in the "Invoicing Information" field. This note accompanies from the invoicing page (3) to the created invoice.

Previously, this note could be entered in the project under "Invoicing" – now it is also possible at the customer level. The information at the customer level is not only displayed during invoice creation in the customer (collective invoice or free invoice) but also in all projects – as long as it is not overwritten in the project.

How to enter the invoicing note for the customer:

1. Go to the customer (fastest via keyboard shortcut "/" (global search)
2. Add the information to the customer data via Edit (1) or directly on the invoicing page (2)

The hourly report should be integrated and sent with the invoice
It can also be defined for the customer whether the hourly report should automatically be attached to the invoice (1). The checkbox can still be deselected at the project level as well as directly in the invoice.

In addition to the functional enhancements, the form has been redesigned so that, for example, E-Mail and E-Mail CC are directly one below the other and the details follow the invoicing process more closely.
