NEW: Within Budget + Billable
- Additional services are covered by the fixed price budget, but should still be listed separately on the invoice
- The personal expenses or third-party costs can thus be part of the budget progress – but still be offered for invoicing.
- Previously, the costs were recorded as "Within Budget" – consequently, they were not offered for invoicing.
NEW: Not Within Budget + Not Billable
- Freelancers book hours on the project and their incoming invoices are also assigned (Set internal hourly rate to 0)
- The incoming invoice is merely considered as a cost item on the project
- Previously, the invoice was recorded as "Not Within Budget" – consequently, it was offered for invoicing and had to be manually set to already invoiced.
PREVIOUSLY: Not Within Budget + Billable (2)
- Additional services are invoiced according to effort
- They are not part of the fixed price (= project budget) and are therefore automatically offered for invoicing.
PREVIOUSLY: Within Budget + Not Billable
- Additional services are included in the fixed price
- Only the fixed price is charged to the client as a lump sum (e.g., via proposal).
- All services (e.g., third-party costs/personal expenses) are set against the project budget to monitor how much of the offered services has already been provided.
