Major API Update.

We regularly invest in the development of the public REST interface. In the past few weeks, a new website for the API documentation has been launched, along with the following API enhancements.

• Read and write standard Additional services
• Modify the Target-Actual time account
• Show internal and external hourly rates for deactivated users
• Display and set internal contact for Proposals and Invoices
• Read and write expense categories for Personal expenses
• Display and set the responsible person for Expenses, Contacts and Additional services
• View Proposal confirmations within the Proposals
• Link Additional services with expense items
• Include the creator in vacation entitlements
