At the end of the month, invoices are automatically generated in Bexio from the recorded hours in MOCO for each customer.

Migrate projects and hours from Bexio to MOCO

A customer switched from project and time management in Bexio to MOCO. They did not want to manually migrate their existing projects and recorded times. An automation was developed to migrate all data at the transition point.

A customer manages projects and resources in monday.com and wanted all absences from MOCO to be available in monday.com. We created a synchronization tool for this. Additionally, all projects in monday.com are connected to MOCO, so the recorded times in MOCO can be easily inserted and synchronized in the project overview in monday.com according to the work package.

After a deal is marked as won in monday.com CRM, a project is automatically created in MOCO with the already recorded data in monday.com CRM.

Export financial data to Abacus

A customer needed a specific data format for their Abacus. We extracted the data from MOCO, converted it to the desired format, and forwarded it to Abacus.

Synchronize master data from MOCO with all other tools in the company

The goal of this solution was to connect MOCO with the financial accounting tool, CRM, and HR tool to synchronize master data such as contacts and companies in real-time across all platforms.
