Expenses

• There is now a "Notes & Files" section (1) in the drafts as well. This allows for commenting & internal communication. The comments will be included in the created expense report.
• The selected contact person remains pre-selected when submitting Personal expenses. This eliminates the need to select the contact person in the future and still allows for flexibility during absences.
• Even with restricted rights to "Expenses", submitted Personal expenses can be viewed and approved by the team.

Vacation

• The selected contact person for the vacation request remains pre-selected (2). This eliminates the need to select the contact person in the future and still allows for flexibility during absences.
• Vacation requests in planning are displayed even without personnel rights. This allows for coordinating one's own vacation wishes with already submitted requests.

Exports

• In the Invoicing forecast export (3) project type and project label are now also included as columns.
• In the file-based accounting exports (CSV) labels are now also included.

Search (Shift + 7)

• The mixed search results are now also sorted by recency – not just the thematically filtered ones.

API

• The Target-Actual report is accessible for every user
• Internal hourly rates can be retrieved and updated
