New Option for Hourly Rate by Person: Invoicing by Performance.
Until now, if it was defined in the project that the hourly rate should be based on the person, invoicing was also done by person. Now, the invoice structure can be changed. Instead of by person, invoicing can be done by performance – this means the customer only sees the services with the possible mixed hourly rates.
English image not yet available...As with other invoices based on effort, when creating the invoice, the compact (="Compact Invoice" – no grouping by months) or detailed form (="Detailed Invoice"– each individual time entry is listed on the invoice) can be chosen.
For the standard or compact invoice, a more detailed breakdown through the hourly report can be provided. Depending on the chosen setting, the individual amounts are displayed in the PDF of the hourly report.
