Quick Wins: New Standard Filtering for Invoices, Hours Export & More.

Previously, all invoices for the current year were filtered (excluding Draft and Ignored status). This had the disadvantage that at the beginning of January, no ongoing invoices from December were displayed when visiting the list.

Now, MOCO filters by invoices regardless of the period (excluding Draft, Ignored, and Paid status). The work list thus focuses on invoices that are still pending.

Total invoiced amount still directly addressed in the reports
The amount invoiced in the current year to date can still be seen in the Company Report and the Invoicing Report. Clicking on the number takes you directly to the corresponding filtered view (the previous one). The amount of open invoices is also linked there.

Update 04.02.22 Due to numerous feedbacks that the previous method was preferred, we decided to revert. There is now a new Smart Filter "Open" - which filters all open invoices with one click.

A filterable hours report is still planned – until then, the new annual export brings added value: All recorded project hours of the year can be downloaded for personal evaluations. 

The customer selection during project creation directly shows the customer number (if available).

Personio Integration
On the settings page, it can be checked whether all users are actually synchronized: If the email address does not match in both systems (requirement), these persons are listed there.
