Quick Wins: Report Navigation, Company Contacts First & More

Changed navigation under "Reports" (1)
The third level of navigation in reports has been replaced with a dropdown. With the expansion of the reports for "Time Tracking" and "Personnel", which has become more established, it was simply getting too much.

Company-related contacts are now suggested first
When selecting a contact, company-related contacts are now suggested first.

Delivery notes can now also be sent directly via email
For example, for paperless delivery note handling via iPad.

The expense receipt stays at the top while scrolling/checking the input fields.

In MOCO, you can automatically fill up working hours with a project. Instead of a mouse click, you can now also use the keyboard shortcut "Alt+Enter" for this (3).

Optimized search in the central hour summary
You can now search for time entries with assigned tags including the hashtag symbol – e.g., #extra (2).

Individual details in accounting export
The generic accounting export (CSV) has been expanded to include custom fields (single-line text input, simple selection for the invoice). This means all the information you capture individually on the invoice is also automatically part of the accounting export.

Project number part of the additional service export
The Excel export for additional services has been expanded to include the new column for project number.

"Correspondence in English" can now also be set for the customer via API
