Accessing Holiday Requests Addressed to You & Improved Traceability
English image not yet available...The person addressed in the holiday request is now also stored by MOCO. This technical advancement brings the following benefits, especially for accounts with more than three users.
Quick Focus on Requests Addressed to You
- The blue notice only considers the holiday requests that are addressed to you. You can directly click on the blue pill and go to the filtered list of requests (1).
- With the keyboard shortcut "Q" you can directly filter for the holiday requests addressed to you (2).
Improved Traceability Everywhere
- In the list of requests, the addressed person is also displayed (3).
- Also in the holiday account of the person, the contact person and approver are displayed or can be traced.
- In the detailed view of the holiday request, the contact person is displayed at the top in the comment with an @name.
