Additional services: Quick Wins on the way to the forecast.
Revised Form
The revised form of the additional service brings optimizations and forms a better basis for the expansion regarding expenditure planning from projects:
- Unified with the other forms – especially to achieve a greater similarity to the planned expenditure.
- Own fields are displayed with a gray background and distinguishable as in other forms.
- The new selection "Expenditure assignment active" or inactive (1) replaces the previous checkbox "Block for expenditure assignment".
For the status "Active", a plannable amount will come in the next step, which will play a decisive role for the forecast and the assignment.
The standard character for new additional services can be selected in the settings.
Control responsible person
So far, the "Creator" was displayed as the person for the additional service. The designation changes to "Responsible" and the person can be adjusted if necessary via Edit (2). The column "Responsible" is now found in the exports.
This optimization allows setting the responsible person specifically and filtering accordingly in the overall list of additional services.

Display payment status for assigned expenditures
In the detail view of the additional service, the payment status is displayed for assigned expenditures. This way, the project management can see whether and when the invoice was paid without access to the incoming invoice area.
Delete document on additional service
A document uploaded in the additional service can now be deleted directly via the detail page below the view if necessary (This overrides any documents assigned from expenditures).
