Projects, invoices, expenditures, and much more can be found in a flash using the global search. As an important added value, MOCO provides new central key figures.
As usual, call up the search via "/"
You can access the global search at any time either via the magnifying glass icon at the top right or very conveniently with the shortcut "/" ("slash"; usually accessible via Shift + 7 on the keyboard) and quickly jump to, for example, the desired contact, customer, or an expenditure.
The New Optimizations
You can now search by lead volume, proposal amount, invoice amount, and expenditure value as well as the date of planned expenditures and additional services. Additionally, searching for a team name now provides all associated persons as a result. The team is displayed with the person.
A so-called "proximity search" has also been integrated on a trial basis, allowing typos or incomplete search terms to still lead to the desired result. Let us know via the support chat in MOCO whether this feature provides added value for you – or if it is more of a nuisance.

New Key Figures at a Glance
- Lead: Lead volume
- Proposal: Status, proposal amount
- Invoice: Payment status, amount
- Expenditure: Payment status, amount
- Planned Expenditure: Date
- Recurring Additional Service: Recurrence period. You can also search for this (e.g., "quarterly" or "annually").
- Contact: Phone number
Small Changes
- For teams, the profile pictures of the associated team members are now also displayed.
- The input field has been given a bit more width.
- Personnel can now be found via the "Contacts" filter.
