Request Temporary Time Tracking Access to Add Entries
The period lock feature can restrict time tracking for everyone. If someone needs to add or adjust time entries, they can request access.
Request Time Tracking Access
An individual can add or modify time entries on a day when time tracking is locked by the period lock. To do this, they click on the access option in the time tracking (1), select a contact person (all individuals with "Personnel" access rights are available), and optionally provide a reason (2).

Approve or Deny Request
The addressed person receives a notification (3). By clicking on the message, they can approve or deny the request (4).
The active temporary access is linked in the personnel list (5) and can be prematurely terminated on the personnel page via "Delete".

Add Entries Within 72 Hours
The requester also receives a notification upon approval or denial. The access is valid for 72 hours.
Only one active access is possible per person.
