Together, the company founders Tobias Miesel (developer and former business consultant) and Sabine Schäuble (Art Director and former "agency person") have been developing a business software for small and medium-sized enterprises since 2010 – focusing on the essentials and thus making many things effortless.

The goal was always to remain an independent, powerful team. Short decision-making processes and strong cohesion have a direct and positive impact on product quality and development speed.

All employees also work with MOCO on a daily basis and have previously gained practical experience with various service providers. Through personal support, close contact with the companies is also achieved, making the needs of the users tangible.

MOCO is thus successfully developed further from practice.
