MOCO + 3CX – VoIP
A software-based, modern VoIP telephone system
The 3CX Phone System is a software-based, modern VoIP telephone system. VoIP phones use existing IT infrastructures. There is no need for separate cabling or a conventional telephone network. Together with MOCO, 3CX can be ideally utilized.
Benefits of Integration
For incoming calls, 3CX displays the caller details from MOCO
With the setup, all information is provided so that 3CX can display the caller details for incoming calls.
A click on the phone number in MOCO triggers the call
For outgoing calls, you can click on the tel-links that are stored with each phone number in MOCO. Then the 3CX app opens and makes the call. Background: The contacts from MOCO cannot be directly imported into 3CX, which is why direct dialing of MOCO contacts from 3CX is not possible.
