MOCO + Calendar (Scheduling)
Synchronize planning and absences
Every user can display their schedule or absences in the calendar (iCal, Google Calendar, etc.) even without access rights to "Scheduling".
Benefits of Integration
Absences of all individuals can be displayed in the external calendar
- It is possible to define in the settings under "Scheduling" which absences should additionally be displayed in the calendar, at Settings under "Scheduling".
- If selected: Planned projects are shown as all-day events
Setting up the Connection
1. Go to "Integrations" under "Profile" at the top right
2. There you will find the URL that you can add to your calendar.
3. Add the MOCO calendar URL to your calendar (= subscribe)
