Central management of additional services.

As soon as at least 10 additional services have been created, they are now listed under "Projects" > "Additional Services" (1). Additional services can be centrally managed in this list:
  • Filter: Numerous filter options - e.g., by customer, project management, or search term. (3)
  • Sort: Sort columns in ascending and descending order.
  • Receipt info: Display whether a receipt is available - it can be accessed directly from the list by clicking on the icon.
  • Incoming invoice: Display whether an incoming invoice with supplier is assigned.
  • Group affiliation: Display of the cost group (if present in the project).
  • Edit: Adjust, copy, and rebook additional service as in the project. 
  • Create: Create new additional services
  • Export: Export filtered additional services specifically. (5)

Recurring additional services (2 > 4)
Recurring additional services are your recorded "triggers" that automatically create the additional services according to the settings. They can also be centrally monitored and managed under the "Additional Services" section:
  • Filter: Numerous filter options - e.g., by customer, project management, or search term. (3)
  • Sort: Sort the columns in ascending and descending order.
  • Edit: Adjust and copy recurring additional service as in the project. 
  • Create: Create new recurring additional services.
