With annual budgets, you can keep track of your company's expenditures – now including support for varying fiscal years and other optimizations.

Annual budgets (cost centers) can now support varying fiscal years. You can find the year selector in the settings and reports as usual at the top right (1). As a reminder: By default, MOCO operates with a fiscal year from 01/01 to 12/31. Through in-app support, we can set up a different fiscal year for you.

Filter expenditures not assigned to a budget
In the expenditures inbox, you can call up all expenditures using the smart filter "Without Budget" that have not yet been assigned to a budget.
Newly, you can also use the filter and find expenditures via "Without Budget" (2) that are not assigned to any budget. This allows you to retroactively assign expenditures in the archive if needed.

Budgets via API
For analysis and automated processes, budgets are now available via GET /purchases/budgets (3) (read-only).

The export for expenditures and individual expenditure items has been supplemented with the "Budget" column.
