Notifications always arrive in the inbox at the top right. An email dispatch can also take place. By default, an email summary of unread messages is set 3 times a day.

Weekly Info: Personal Review/Preview
In the personal profile, you can set whether you want to receive the weekly info email.
It provides information on

- Birthdays in the coming week
- Staff deployment planning for the coming week – with project names and associated comments
- Time tracking and Target-Actual of the past week
The weekly info is sent out on Mondays at 8 AM.
