Predefinable Standards
- Sorting of Project Lists: Sorted within the groupings either alphabetically or by project number.
- Invoicing: Automatically sets the invoicing type when creating a new project.
- Hourly Rate: Automatically sets the hourly rate type when creating a new project.
- People for Time Tracking: By default, the project manager is added for time tracking, and then you select additional teams or individuals who will work on the project. Alternatively, you can assign everyone here. This is recommended only for very small teams.
- Additional Services "Billable/In Budget": Automatically sets the predefined type "Billable" or "Non-billable" or "In Budget" or "Not in Budget". The visualization under the "i" should clarify the impact of the default setting.
- Additional Services "Expenditure Assignment Inactive": Default for newly created additional services. If an additional service is inactive for assignment, either no expenditure (incoming invoice/personal expenses) should be assigned or the assignment is already completed.
- Profitability: Choose whether the project budget should be preferred over the invoiced amount for profitability consideration – or not. Especially if you only offer fixed-price projects and only invoice after project completion, this avoids constantly being in the red.

Under "Project Groups" you can unlock an area under "Projects" where you can group projects – and thus consolidate sub-projects. This option is particularly suitable for managing and controlling campaign budgets or client budgets.
