Customize Proposals & Invoices to your CI/CD
In the settings under "Layout" you can personalize the design and content of your proposals and invoices. Starting with the letterhead background (logo & sender details) to fonts, margins, formatting, and colors.

Under "General" you can find basic settings depending on the letterhead background or envelope window – selectable. E.g., page margins, font sizes & colors, width of the text description, page number, display table header, automatic numbering, etc.

Upload a standard letterhead background as a basis. This "frame" can be freely designed and contains logo and all sender information (including VAT ID or VAT number) for proposals and invoices. For hourly statements, a reduced letterhead (logo only) is usually chosen as the standard.
Other alternative backgrounds can be selected from the document under "Print view" (for printing or downloading) and "Email dispatch" via the dropdown on the right. For printing on pre-printed letterhead, choose "white".
The freely designable background should consider the following information

- PDF in A4 size (210 x 297 mm) without crop marks
- Optimal: RGB color space, resolution 150 dpi. The file size should be less than 300 kb.
- Following page: If using a different design from page 2: upload a 2-sided PDF – Page 2 will then be used for all subsequent pages.

We require
- an example PDF (template) of an invoice (ideally also a proposal)
- The desired fonts in .ttf or .otf format (or even better: upload them in advance)
Our Art Director will implement a template as faithfully as possible, followed by a joint live fine-tuning session. The costs are usually between 250.– to 500.– (billed according to effort). Timing: the implementation can normally be scheduled within 7 working days.
